I would love to speak to anyone who works for a Design company who has worked with museums to create exhibitions. I am currently researching Exhibition Design as part of my AMA (Associateship of Museums Association) and would love to find out more of your experiences.

I am really interested to know how working with a museum differs from working with other organisations and companies. Also do you have to approach it differently? How? Are there any crossovers/similarities? What is the greatest challenge you've faced?

Any and all thoughts appreciated!

Charlotte,

My company, Staples & Charles, worked almost exclusively for museums and rarely other organisations. This is similar for many of the companies well known in the museum world. If you would like to contact me at a later point, I would be happy to explore this further, but this is too open-ended to try to respond briefly. Barbara Fahs Charles
