Personal profile
Dr Tim Satterthwaite is a lecturer in the History of Art and Design at the University of Brighton, and the organiser and co-director of the Future States nearly carbon-neutral conference (March-April 2020). His first book, Modernist Magazines and the Social Ideal, a study of European photo-illustrated magazines of the interwar decades, will be published by Bloomsbury in summer 2020.
